Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including water, electric, gas and internet. Tenant is responsible for yard care and snow removal, however for an extra fee tenant can arrange to have lawn care provided. This is a non-smoking home. All deposits and rent are to be paid through electronic online rent collection. Each person over the age of 18 who will be living in the home must complete and submit a separate application and processing fee. List of full qualification standards, rules and regulations can be provided with application. Initial $300 Pet Fee and monthly pet rent $25/per animal is applicable.
